Motel Manager

Yoonee's Motel & RV Service LTD DBA Quest Motel in Whitewood, SK is looking for a full time Motel Manager.

Conditions:
    Positon: Motel Manager (NOC 0632)
    Vacancy: 1
    Compensation: $19.00~21.00 hourly, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week by shifted schedule
    Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
    Experience : 3 years or more experience in Hospitality & Tourism related Industry
    Education : University degree or college diploma in Hotel management preferred or College Diploma in any of hospitality related required
    15 days paid vacations a year


Job Duties:
    Develop, implement and evaluate policies and prcedures for the operation of the motel
    Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
    Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
    Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
    Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for receptions, banquets, restaurants
    Recruite and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules
    Resolve customer complaints
