As a Senior Technician, you will manage all aspects of CCTV/Card Access projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources.
Travel to customer site required as needed.
The Lenel Master Technician will be required to keep their product knowledge and skillset current and mentor the support team in the following areas:
Enterprise Access Control Products
Video Products
Credentialing Technology and & Biometrics
Enterprise Overview
Wireless Lock Technology
SQL Database Administration scripting and query writing
DataConduIT
DataExchange
Custom Reports
NGP
Intrusion Products
Systems Migration
Networking
NEC Fault Tolerance and Clustering
MS Clustering
Qualification:
7-10 years of advanced experience in Enterprise Access Control, Video, Intrusion and related technologies
Comprehensive expertise of current network topologies, protocols and infrastructure
Experience working with currently supported operating systems
Understanding of basic AC and DC circuitry and electronics
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Must have the ability to multitask and work independently
Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to change
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with customers, peers, management and other departments
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or electronics (preferred)
Lenel Master certified (preferred)
Cisco certification (preferred)
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Driver's License
