Dasro is looking for a DESKTOP ANALYST to fill a contract role with one of our corporate clients in Regina.

Job Description:

The Desktop Analyst is needed to work in our Tier II support environment; however, there will also be a requirement to work with the PDO providing research and recommendations on technical solutions and delivery with regards to projects such as the Desktop Refresh Program.

The Desktop Analyst must be able to perform in a team environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proponents are strongly encouraged to provide specific and qualitative information of other areas where their expertise can add value to our team and make our projects as successful as possible.

The initial term for this role will be up to one year.

    Computer Engineering Diploma
    Computer Install, Trouble Shooting & Repair
    Microsoft Windows 7
    Group Policy
    McAfee EPO Server
    Bitlocker
    Lotus Notes
    Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks
    Panasonic Ruggedized Notebooks
    Printer trouble shooting & repair
    Microsoft SCCM imaging & software installation
    iPhones/iOS in a Corporate Environment
    Tier II Support Experience
    Customer Communication Skills/Experience
    Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License
    Saskatchewan Crown or Government Experience
    Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs.
    Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays
