This position manages and oversees the strategic and operational demands of the company by leading the support, research, design, development & implementation of SharePoint product support sites, Secure File Exchanges, specialized web applications and the corporate Intranet, as well as designing, deploying and maintaining the ongoing security that provides clients & staff their accesses.
Key Outcomes & Responsibilities:
This position acts as the primary contributor to the design, delivery and support of solutions for the Company by liaising with business line managers and team members to help determine how the corporate website can best serve clients, leading the development and implementation of services and solutions that reside directly on the corporate website or internally. This position oversees the security of users including group and individual clients as well as staff and third party users, as well as auditing the security of all information users including group and individual clients as well as staff and third party users.
This position also documents the design, maintenance and security of web-based solutions and provides web-related/tool related support to clients. It maintains and refines existing code and provides testing and approval of server and other software upgrades.
This position provides leadership, coaching and development of team members by coordinating efforts of team experts; providing direction and guidance on work activities and priorities and coaching and formally supervising employees for optimal performance, engagement & professional development.
