Description

General reception for office, including answering phones, responding to internal and external inquiries, receiving and distributing mail, printing letters and reports, arranging for copying of reports, and sending correspondence by mail/couriers
General office administration including, maintaining electronic and paper technical and accounting files, new hire onboarding and setup, organizing meetings, taking and transcribing minutes as requested and other administrative support activities
Word processing, including typing and formatting letters, memos, technical reports, tender documents, specifications and proposal documents in Microsoft Word
Assisting with project and proposal setups and with coordinating and maintaining the ISN, Comply Works and COR/SECOR Certification
Overall proposal coordination, including checklists of proposal requirements, assembling corporate information, resumes and other supporting documentation, and copying, binding and assembling final proposal documents
Assisting in creating marketing proposals and presentation booklets, and updating staff resumes and project profile sheets as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in in a professional/technical office environment
Formal training and a certificate or diploma in Office Administration and Procedures from a recognized institution is preferred
Strong oral and written English communication, time-management, and computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe)
Ability to multi-task, while maintaining accuracy
Highly meticulous nature, strong attention to detail
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
