Qualifications:         
Post-secondary education and/or previous experience working with youth;  
Strong knowledge of various issues youth face and resources in the PA area;
Knowledge of aboriginal culture and asset;
Experience coordinating activities;
Open minded and willing to learn;
Caring and compassionate attitude;
Basic computer proficiency in Word and Excel;
Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence and reliable vehicle;

Objectives:    
Coordination of the youth residential services at YWCA Central. The position requires working with youth ages 16 to 21 providing them with the guidance, support and life-skills to enable them to make a positive transition to adulthood.
