Description

In this newly created role as Human Resources Generalist with our multi-national client, PIC Canada Ltd., you will support, build and promote Human Resources practices for their office/facilities located in Kipling, Saskatchewan.

This is an off/on site position, allowing you to work from your home office, with the intent of being easily accessible for enquiries and to visit site/office facilities.

As Human Resources Generalist, you will work closely with the management and employee team, providing guidance and support in many areas of Human Resources.  This will include:

- Develop recruitment plans, job descriptions and postings, facilitate interviews, prepare offer letters and assist with new hire onboarding.
  
- Assist managers in promoting positive and productive employee relations.  Facilitate communication and help resolve issues as they arise

- Promote and monitor safe work practices, in conjunction with the Health & Safety Manager.  

- Ensure data integrity, collect payroll data, complete and submit payroll reports to Head Office.    
    
- Coordinate training programs, identify training needs and contribute to planning and on-site training.  

Responsibilities may be carried out from your home office, but daily communication accessibility is required along with travel to site/office facilities as needed.  

- A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred, along with 1-3+ years of human resources experience.  
- Professional, motivated and positive personality with a strong base knowledge of human resources.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality at all times.
