Description

St. Pauls Hospital Foundation is seeking a temporary, full-time Capital Campaign Administrative Assistant to provide confidential, administrative support to the Manager of Major Giving, Hospice Campaign Director for a period of approximately 36 months.  This position will work in close consultation with campaign volunteers and all Foundation employees.  

The successful candidate will have completed relevant post-secondary training, have an excellent knowledge of general office procedures, proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, and fund raising software and databases, preferably Raisers Edge.  Previous experience in an administrative support role with strong reception skills and a high attention to detail is essential.  Experience working with volunteers and the non-profit sector will be considered an asset.
