Description

Shellbrook Chevrolet Service Department is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and organized person that thrives on customer satisfaction to join our team!  This position is in the heart of the Service Department.  It will require you to be in contact with customers constantly.  You will manage the service requests for our website, call customers, book and confirm appointments, explain service bills to customers, and manage our computer Leads System.  This job requires someone who can call and speak easily to customers on the phone or by email.  You will need to work independently and with a team that strives to have the best customer service that a dealership can offer.  All training will be provided, however, Customer Service skills are a must.  If you think you are this person, we want you to call us @1-306-747-2411 and send in a resume' ASAP to the Service Manager, Colin Hradecki @ chradecki@shellbrookchev.ca.
