Assign sales workers to duties, authorize return of merchandise, and sell merchandise.
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, support clients in their duties.
Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working in store.
Build client relationships, customer focus, tracking budget expenses, pricing, staffing.
Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
Assist President with training and managing all employees in execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales.
Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
Ensure promotions are accurate on different hardware, cellphones, and computers.
Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning for the company.
Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Contribute to stores financial growth through driving sales, managing expenses and implementing plans for increased profitability.
Managing stock levels, displays and merchandising.
Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
Monitor local competitors for their pricing, sales volume, products etc.
Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
Keep up with new products and technologies.
