Provide companionship to elderly woman. Help her shop for food and household supplies. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundering clothes and linens. Assit her with personal care including bathing and other aspects of personal hygeine. Assist her in regular exercise, e.g. walks. Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
