Open Camp Lodge is seeking to hire for a first cook position.
Applicant must have formal kitchen training/education. Red seal is preferred. Complete confidence in all aspects of the kitchen is required.
Applicant must be capable of relieving camp kitchen manager on days off. Hire will be responsible for actual preparation of meals, ordering and cost control, management of other kitchen staff when necessary, meal creation when necessary, friendly customer service with clients etc.
Applicant must live in camp and be available to work on a rotational basis.
