Job Overview:  Automotive Service Mechanic is responsible to handle day-to-day operation, repair automobiles, provide repair estimates and generate vehicle repair sales. This full-time position is not restricted to shop duties as they may be required to perform some duties outside as well as candidate should be ready for on-call duties.

Duties: Include, but not limited to;
        Examine each critical part of the vehicle.
    Diagnose automobile issues
    Any other administrative, purchasing & clean up duties assigned by General Manager including, but not limited to Automotive & Equipment Repair.

Education, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
    Have a quality to drive operations with a customer-focused perspective
    Have ability to perform scheduled, unscheduled and preventative maintenance
    Have ability to grow estimates and generate sales
    High school diploma, GED, or degree in automotive service technology related field from an accredited institution with Journeyman Mechanic Certification
    Valid class 5 Driver's License
    A clean Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract
    A red seal Journeyman Mechanic certification
    Previous experience in the operation of Automobiles and Current Certification with SGI would be considered an asset.
    Experience in computer diagnosis would be preferable
    produce work to meet or exceed the company's goals
    Ability to read, operate and comprehend diagnostic and parts and service manuals in English
