Description

As the Quality Measurement Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Manager, Health Care Services and will monitor, evaluate and report on health care services provided to injured workers.  As well, you will ensure care provider compliance with standards of care required by WCB and professional associations in the care of injured workers, including the supervision of the accreditation process.  

Qualifications:
Successful completion of a two-year Health Information Management diploma.

Minimum of one year successful experience demonstrating the ability to do the following:

    Punctuation, spelling, composition of business letters and grammatical usage.
    Proficiency in typing at the rate of 45 net words per minute.
    Transcribing from recording devices.
    Proven organizational skills including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
    Oral, listening and written communication skills.
    Computer competence in Windows applications including Word and Excel.
    Design and maintain databases.
    Quality Assurance through defining, collecting, interpreting, analyzing and reporting on data.
    Establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with others both internally and externally.
    Ability to work in a team environment.
