We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Director of Marketing and Customer Loyalty at Driving Change Automotive Group, which oversees three dealerships across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Responsibilities
    Facilitate, create, and present strategic plans for the Marketing and Loyalty departments
    Oversee Marketing and Customer Loyalty departments to achieve results aligned with organizational goals
    Contribute to the Driving Change Automotive Group organization as a key player at the executive table
    Motivate, train, and engage employees
    Ensure a harmonized approach to overall customer experience before arriving at the dealership

Qualifications
    Marketing, research, and data expertise is required
    Ability to multitask and prioritize activities based on business needs in a fast-paced environment
    Creative problem-solving skills
    Comfortable with risk, and able to make quick decisions
    Experience leading people, and building relationships
