Description

At CNH Industrial Saskatoon World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is our company program aimed at achieving production process excellence through the combined knowledge, ideas and effort of each of us, no matter the function we belong to.  WCM is a road map to continuous improvement, plotted through the elimination of waste, whether it be time, quality or material.
We are looking for individuals to lead 9 month to 1 year projects in their entirety following WCM methodology to be meet established KPI and KAIs within established timelines.
Position Responsibilities:
1.    Creating the Key Performance and Key Activity Indicators for the project based on the WCM methodology and previous projects.
2.    To organize a lead the project team kick-off meeting to discuss the scope of the project, the KAI and KPIs of the project, the time line of the project, and the teams training plan.
3.    Clarify and give clear directions and instructions to all project team members to enable them carryout their duties effectively.
4.    Create and implement project plan and execution.
5.    Give clear and unbiased assessment of the movement and nature of projects in relations to production cost and expenses
6.    Determine the appropriate timeline for the project and the advancement to further stages.
7.    Present the project results during internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
1.    A post-secondary degree in either Business or Engineering.
2.    Have good leadership skills in order to effectively lead a group.
3.    Ability to work in a high stress environment.
4.    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
5.    Proficient in the Microsoft office applications
6.    Must be proficient in public speaking.
7.    Previous experience running projects is an asset.
8.    Working knowledge of the lean manufacturing methodology.
