We are looking for a self-motivated individual to support our Saskatoon repair location, while working on a team comprised of talented people. General purpose of the position: The Repair Technician is responsible for the bringing gadgets back to life. It includes the diagnostics, testing and repair of a variety of Apple products. We will provide you with the training and the tools to take them apart and put them back to together.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all of Apple's policies and procedures, and keep up to date on current information
- Communicate with Apple on a day-to-day basis, carried out in a knowledgeable, and professional manner.
- Assist customers with repair quotations & inquiries
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and testing on a variety of Apple products including iPhone's, iPad's, Apple Watches, and more
- Manage inventory
- Assist with other duties as required
Apple repair services include: Cracked screens, liquid damage, factory restore, battery replacement, charging port, speaker replacement, LCD/Digitizer replacement
A successful Repair Technician must possess strong customer service and communications skills, especially geared towards explaining highly technical information to uninformed customers. They must be a dedicated team player with strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking and decision-making skills. They must be highly organized with attention to detail, and must able to work independently with no supervision.
