Description

March Consulting Associates Inc. is a multi-discipline engineering, project and construction management provider based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  March Consulting specializes in the mining sector, most notably potash and uranium mining and refining. Employee-owned, March Consulting is continually growing and employs approximately 50 Saskatchewan-based personnel.
Main duties for this position include the following:
Assist in the preparation of marketing brochures, reports,  and other corporate materials
Act as the central point of contact for standardizing outgoing documents to clients and partners such as project proposals
Coordinating March promotional materials
Management of social media marketing platforms on behalf of March
Act as liaison for the organization to respond to  written and oral inquiries
Co-ordinate  corporate events and promotions for internal and external audiences
Respond to enquiries from members of the internal and external clients concerning the March Training Centre
Provide coverage for the Executive Assistant in her absence such as monitoring the front desk, travel bookings, greeting clients and providing support to staff as needed

Other Skill requirements:
Organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to deal with challenges in a calm, professional manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality of vital importance
Strong MS Office computer skills especially Word, Power Point and Outlook
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Educational requirements:
A bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration is required
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred
Experience/knowledge of mining industry is an asset

Please note that administrative support will be required of the candidate from time to time to meet the needs of the business.
