Reporting to the Vice President, the Production Manager will be a valuable team member in overseeing the Site Superintendents and construction administrative staff. The Production Manager will plan, implement, and manage the construction of single and multi-family homes in keeping with Pacesetters high standards for quality, service, and value.
Education & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Post-Secondary Education in trades, building technology, project management, or a related field is considered an asset.
5-10 years experience in the residential or commercial construction industry is preferred.
Experience in project management and related components such as budget development and control is required.
Leadership/Management or supervisory experience is required. Must have the ability to build engagement and facilitate teamwork within a group.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards and procedures.
Preference to those with Safety leadership courses and skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
A valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Working Conditions:
This position works primarily in Pacesetter office and residential construction sites throughout Regina and surrounding areas during regular business hours. Some weeknight and weekend work is required for meetings and training opportunities.
