Shamrock Farms Ltd. Kyle, Sk. is looking for a self-motivated individual who is energetic, friendly & interested in a rural lifestyle. You must be interested in working in a team environment, able to focus  and strive towards company goals. We operate a large grain & cattle farm. Experience definitely an asset. i.e. large farm equipment, G.P.S., 1A license, working with cattle.

Requirements:
-    Biggest asset is a good attitude
-    Willing to learn
-    Desire to be in a rural area and an interest in agriculture
Education:
-    Grade 12 and 5 years farm experience
-    Or degree in agriculture or ag related courses
-    Farm technician welcome
Duties:
-    Operate and maintain all farm machinery
-    Supervising employees
-    Treating and inoculating seed
-    Haul grain
-    Feed cows, herd maintenance and rations
-    Construction:  cement work, coral building and maintenance, fencing
-    Yard maintenance: mowing, weed whip, weed control
-    Crop scouting
-    Clean grain bins
-    Vehicle and machinery cleaning and detailing
-    Keep farm shop clean
-    Other duties as requested.
There is the opportunity to work long hours if desired.
We will consider paying for 1A license, Ag courses etc.
About Kyle:
Kyle is located 14 miles north of Sask Landing Provincial Park on Lake Diefenbaker which has the best walleye fishing in Saskatchewan. There is also a marina, 18 hole grass green golf course and clubhouse.
Seven mile to the east is Clearwater Lake Regional Park  
Kyle is a great area for white tail and mule deer hunting and is on a major goose flyway.
We have a K to 12 school, hockey arena, curling rink, well equipped gym, ball diamonds and other recreational opportunities.   There are 8 restaurants in the area, an excellent grocery store, drive in theater and a 9 hole sand green golf course.
