Yorkton Crossing, a stunning 79 suite Personal Care and Memory Care community, is seeking dependable, warm, and caring candidates for the position of Resident Assistants for our personal care and memory care units.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following: assisting residents with all activities of daily living and engaging in social activities, completing charting requirements and using technology to manage health services needs of resident care.

Qualifications:
Passion and compassion for caring for older adults
CCA certification preferred (or) Completion of Personal Care Workers course with minimum one year of experience.

* ON SITE TRAINING MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT APPLICANT *

Experience caring for and working with older adults and people with dementia an asset.
Food Safe certification
CPR/First Aid certification
Able to speak and write in English
Able to use computers and/or tablets and pagers/telephone/walkie talkie
