CSR-Claims Representative
Saskatoon Head Office

As the Claims Representative and a public facing representative of WCB you will conduct various types of investigations to obtain information requested and required by referring staff members in order to assist with the claims adjudication process.  This would include conducting personal interviews, visiting work sites and reviewing documentation.

Qualifications:
Two years (2) successfully completed post secondary education.
Minimum of four (4) years successful experience demonstrating the ability to do the following:
    Casework; including analysis & development of a wide variety of cases.
    Successful completion of investigations.
    Knowledge of the limits of civil and criminal law.
    Oral and written communications skills.
    Preparation and completion of detailed reports.
    Good interpersonal skills to establish effective client relationships.
    To work independently with little supervision or direction.
    Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
    Hold a valid operator's license within the province of Saskatchewan.
