The Regina Open Door Society (RODS) is a non-profit organization that provides settlement and integration services to refugees and immigrants in Regina. The Regina Open Door Society Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to staff a full-time term position of Employment Readiness Instructor. The start date for this term position is January 8, 2018. The term of this positions is from January 8, 2018 to March 31, 2018, with a possibility of extension.
Position Summary:
This positions primary responsibility is providing Employment Readiness Workshops to adult refugee learners of lower English language proficiency with the goal of equipping newcomers with knowledge and skills essential to their workplace integration. This is done in close collaboration with other members of RODS Employment Services team.

Hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 45-minute unpaid lunch break each day for the total of 33.75 hours per week. The annual salary for this position is $46,413.19 per year ($26.45 per hour).
