COLLISION CENTRE ADVISOR

COLLISION CENTRE ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
    Obtain necessary customer information and begin process of damage appraisal or repair
    Effectively communicate with the customer to inform of any changes during repairs process
    Communicate with SGI, and other insurance carriers
    Maintain ROs and related files, and process paperwork to assist Advisors and Estimators

COLLISION CENTRE ADVISOR QUALIFICATIONS
    Knowledge or experience in Auto Body Industry is an asset
    Experience with SGI & Collision Repair, insurance, or accounting is an asset
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
