The Human Resource Director is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resource plans and programs are realized and in line with company values and objectives.
Facilitating the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes safety, quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Requirements:
Able to communicate fluently in English.
Able to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally.
Able to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives and propose effective solutions.
Able to read, interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Able to work independently.
Some travel may be required.
Education/Experience:
University degree in Human Resources, or other related subject, with a Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years direct experience as a senior HR professional, with at least 10 years as an HR generalist in a multi-disciplined environment.
CPHR certifications or designations.
