DUTIES
- Taking calls from oilfield consultants with
requests for casing, tubing, float equipment
and casing bowls.
- General housekeeping in the office.
- Giving direction to loader operators and
drivers on what to load and where to go.
- Keeping track of pipe coming in and going out
of yard.
- Taking after hours phone calls.
- Consulting with float and tubular companies
about forecasts and release instructions.
- Shifts are 7 days on 3 days off and then 7 on and 4 off.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good customer service skills.
- Developing good rapport with the oilfield
consultants, tubular and float reps.
- Computer skills are a must. ie) Microsoft
Suite.
- H2S, WHMIS, First Aid certifications an asset but not required.
- Willing to work after hours when on shift.
- Good organizational skills.
- Be a team player.
- Be comfortable to step in during any
situation.
- Oilfield and/or trucking experience is
an asset, not required.
