We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team. As the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall maintenance management of Viterras fixed and mobile grain assets within an assigned region, and on a contract basis for other divisions. This will include staffing management, project/program development, evaluation and planning, project management, corporate asset maintenance and technical support.
Ideal candidates will posses a journeyperson certification in an industrial trade along with approximately ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in agri-business facility maintenance and/or construction, including bulk material handling systems. Five (5) years of the above-mentioned experience should be in a supervisory or management capacity. Experience in facility construction and maintenance (predictive and preventative) methods, practices and standards is also required. Any post-secondary education in business or administration will be considered an asset. Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will also be considered.
