Other: As this job is a split of work between our two companies - Moosomin Asian Food Mart and Sew Creative & Interiors, the Retail Store Supervisor must work 20 hrs per week with each company

Job Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise, Establish work schedules

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
