Description

Trinity Excavating is a province wide heavy construction company with head office in Saskatoon.  We have been in business since 2004 and have become one of the provinces respected construction company.  We provide earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and excavation for industrial, commercial, and public sectors.  
We are currently seeking an experienced CRUSHING SUPERINTENDENT to help operate, maintain and manage gravel crushers situated throughout the province.
What we offer: -Typically 10 days on 4 days off.
-Overtime after 80 hours.

Responsibilities and Duties
What you need: -The ability to work long hours and on the road throughout the province.  A proven history of in depth understanding of aggregate production. You must be able to diagnose, repair, and operate all pieces of equipment related to crushing.  Excellent verbal communication skills; being able to interact with all levels of the organization in a clear, concise manner.  A calm, responsible demeanor during potential stressful situations.  Past history of supervision. You will be responsible for all aspects of interaction between Management and Supervisors and their crews.  The ability to complete essential daily logs and paper work is a requirement.  A steward for safety. Following the company Safety Policy, conducting regular tool box talks, and completing safety paperwork.  Qualifications and Skills
Supervisory Experience - Central control and process operators, aggregate processing
Specific Skills
- Recommend work measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities
Additional Skills
- Prepare production and other reports
