We're looking for three Principal Directors to join our Information Services team in Regina. We're looking for specialized expertise to establish and lead a Software Quality Assurance practice, a Software Development practice and an Enterprise Architecture practice. With so many emerging technologies on the insurance horizon, it's an exciting time for our industry. This is your opportunity to influence the development of a practice that will align to our business strategies and improve responsiveness to our business needs. You will develop protocols and methodologies that align team members to this vision and encourage collaboration to implement solutions that respond to industry changes and mitigate risk.

Requirements
Candidates must bring the successful experience and breadth of knowledge necessary to succeed after all, we're counting on you. We're looking for experts in their field who have a degree in computer science, engineering, math, statistics, or a related discipline, as well as at least eight years of experience in systems design, systems testing or systems management with increasing responsibility and expertise within: software quality assurance, software development or enterprise architecture. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
