Branch/Sales Manager (North Battleford, Sk)

The Branch/Sales Manager will work to ensure that the branch consistently provides the best value for both our customers and the company by ensuring optimal performance and profitability and will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities include:
-Mentor branch staff and motivate sales force
-Direct and monitor branch operations
-Ensure the branch is actively involved and represented in community activities

We are looking for a Proven Leader with 5 or more years of experience of Sales Management experience, including:
-knowledge of the Ag Equipment Industry
-A passion for people, the ability to coach, mentor and build long lasting relationships
