E. Bourassa & Sons is looking for a Marketing Coordinator in our Weyburn location to coordinate the company's marketing strategy. The Marketing Coordinator is a creative, outside-the-box thinker who is constantly innovating. Reports to: Store Manager    

Job Duties:

* Prepare and implement marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives
* Plan, organize and oversee promotional events
* Prepare marketing reports and track the return on investment of marketing campaigns
* Prepare all written/graphic material for news releases and events. (Career Fairs, Trade Shows etc.)
* Oversee the company's Social Media Campaign
* Assist with company public relations i.e. Customer Appreciation Events, Open Houses, Clinics and Charity Events.
* Oversee equipment advertising which includes company specific publications both online and print
* Coordinate all marketing material, including but not limited to: printed material, electronic publications and promotional items
* Ensure corporate visual identity standards are met for all office material and external publications
* Provide strategic support by collecting statistics and data research

Skills and Abilities:

* Self-starter and highly motivated
* Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
* Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Advanced computer and desktop publishing skills

Qualifications and Experience:

* Post Secondary Education in Marketing
* Experience in a dealership or retail establishment an asset
* Agricultural background an asset
