At S3 Manufacturing, a welder is part of a team that produces a wide variety of high quality product.

Key responsibilities include:
    Effectively communicating with technical and production staff.
    Producing weldments to specification, using shop drawings and instructions.
    Maintaining a safe and neat work environment.

A welder must be able to:
    Perform all welding operations.
    Read and understand shop drawings and instructions.
    Understand how to use and care for jigs.
    Use hand power tools.
    Recognize material sizes and specifications of raw and in-process product.
    Accurately complete time records and work orders.
    Be a positive team player
    Work with minimal supervision
