Job Purpose
Analyzes, specifies, and validates the system requirements and business needs of members or end-users. Gathers and compiles user and business requirements to convey to development teams throughout the software lifecycle. Interprets project and business requirements while evaluating options to help identify potential innovative solutions.
Working Conditions
Because Affinity serves members in communities across Saskatchewan, this position may require the successful candidate to travel between locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate knowledge in testing techniques and validation for new and existing applications, products, and services
- Advanced knowledge of digital banking solutions (ie: Ovation, Retail Online Banking, Business Online Banking, Affinity Mobile, Hyland OnBase, Ace etc.)
- Intermediate understanding of Affinity Credit Unions business and divisional business operations
- Ability to deliver continuous process improvement across a variety of organizational units
