The Manager, Youth & Circulation Services is an integral member of the management team who is directly responsible for leading borrower services and check-in as well as targeted services and programs, and the use of library public spaces for children and youth at the Central Library, across Saskatoon Public Library (SPL), and in the community.

The Manager, Youth & Circulation Services oversees services such as programming for children and youth, partnerships with community agencies, organizations and schools that serve children and youth at all SPL locations and within the community, and borrowing services for children and youth. This position is responsible for all aspects of patron-employee experiences within the Childrens and Teen Services departments of the Central Library, including resolving sensitive patron matters. The Manager, Youth & Circulation Services is responsible for assessing the use of public spaces and programs and services by children and youth and their caregivers, suggesting improvements and implementing approved changes.
