Delivering digital solutions from the Office 365 suite across FCC, youll be like a technology matchmaker. This role will reward strong, clear communication and will function very much like a Technical Business Analyst. Youll collaborate on Agile stories and drive the adoption of digital products and services coast to coast. The immediate focus will be heavily related to SharePoint Online.

What you'll do:
Determine and design digital workplace solutions using Office 365
Provide end-user support and information transition
Provide training and productivity tips via multiple channels
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver the best solutions and improve processes

What you'll need:
A degree in computer science or engineering and at least four years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Technical expertise and the ability to see parallels between consumer and enterprise applications of digital products and services
