Description

We are looking for a self starter to join our team. As the Customer Account Representative Trainee, you will be responsible to assist in the promotion of grain programs and services. Key responsibilities include assisting in the procurement of grain and building and managing a client base of farmer customers.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two (2) years of related experience including customer service and grain receiving and grading. Post-secondary education in Agriculture or Agri-business is preferred, but post-secondary education in Commerce, Marketing or Administration will be considered an asset. Applicants must have proven interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
