Kelly Services is looking for a process-driven senior-level Administrative Professional to assist our client's Executive Team.

What you will be doing:

> Assisting a team of 5 Executives with organizing and meeting their goals
> Scheduling meetings, events
> Take Minutes at meetings
> Calendar Management
> Travel arrangements
> Administrative duties as required by the Executive Team

What you will need:

> Business Administration Certificate or combination of Office Administration Certificate and experience in this position
> 3 to 5 years senior-level Administrative experience
> Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
> Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office
> Strong customer service to both internal and external customers
> Ability to work some overtime if/when required
