We are a progressive, thriving, community-based school division currently seeking to fill a Full-Time Permanent Supervisor of Operations position with duties to commence April 3rd, 2018. The Supervisor of Operations is a key member of the Facilities Department team and, as such, is responsible for ensuring a high standard of employee proficiency, facility cleanliness and safety.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Manager of Facilities to ensure the safe and efficient operations of the facilities and grounds of the North East School Division. The Supervisor of Operations will be responsible for:
Providing leadership in developing and implementing successful caretaking practices in the school division
Overseeing and managing caretaker foreman and caretakers
