Description

Maintain and refine preventative maintenance program in conjunction with other department managers, and the Maintenance Manager.  Areas of responsibility are HVAC, light electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and repairs of any variety.  The Maintenance department also maintains the breakfast room and pool equipment.  Other duties include: to maintain a detailed account of equipment and work orders for future reference,   insure that all maintenance requests are fulfilled, all equipment is running and maintained in good order, and all maintenance work meets the Gold Eagle Lodge maintenance standards.
