The Battlefords Housing Authority in North Battleford manages properties and social housing programs for seniors and families. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the GM manages and oversees the housing operations including properties and assets, finance, tenants, policies, staff, and the operations.
A Business or Commerce, social or human services degree or similar and 5-8 years of management experience is required; OR a professional designation (CPA); OR an equivalent combination will be considered. Experience in business, finance, asset management, community relations, governance and reporting to a board, planning and operations, HR management is essential, as is your ability to lead change, respect diversity, and have top notch interpersonal skills.
