Description

STG Fleet Services, a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a Call Centre Administrator at their Saskatoon, SK location.

- Schedule for this position is Friday - Sunday (12 hour shift)

Responsibilities
- Manage all Driver Vehicle Condition Reports through the Fleet Assistant Program
- Direct and track incoming repair requests
- Process and manage Work Orders and Purchase Orders for all breakdowns
- Communicate details of repair with Central Dispatch
- Provide guidance to drivers in situations where breakdowns occur

Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Professional and courteous with suppliers, as well as internal customers
- Experience in the trucking industry is considered an asset
