Job responsibilities:
Assist restaurant general manager to coordinate different works, make sure all employees are well aware of and positively work toward the annual, seasonal and monthly goals and plans of the restaurant;
- Be familiar with the required skills of each position in the restaurant, and be ready to take different jobs if required;
- Makes daily decisions that involve time management (must have a sense of urgency), upholding product quality, cleanliness, and all other company standards;
- Ensure a clean, quiet and neat environment;
- Teaches, motivate and supervise team to maintain high-quality Guest service and safety;
- Supervise anti-theft measures and work place safety;
- Understands cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management;
- Make plans for marketing activities and promotions based on field researches;
- Other responsibilities if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week;
- Must at least have a high-school diploma;
- Must be at least 25 years of age;
- Minimum of one (1) year experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry;
- Must be customer-oriented and patient for customers' inquiries, complains, etc.
