Reporting to the General Manager, the responsibilities of this position requires a strong team leader that can grow sales, establish and maintain a strong customer contact program, mentor the Ag department team, maintain high standards in safety, prepare and maintain the department budget and demonstrate a high level of product knowledge, inventory management and technical skills.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own as well as with a team, have retail management experience, a commitment to grow sales, ag knowledge, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, an outgoing and energetic personality, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work flexible hours based on business needs, physical ability to do heavy lifting, and a comfort level with technology. A minimum Class 5 driver's license is required.
