Description

Are you an excellent equipment operator current on leading agriculture production methods & technology? Are you seeking a team that respects work-life balance, family focus, & sustainable agriculture?  Farm Equipment Operators responsibilities include: operating farm equipment, hauling grain, & maintenance of farm equipment & properties.

  Operate farm equipment, tillage, seeding, spraying, harvesting, grain hauling.
  Work with the team to maintain equipment:  daily preventative & winter repair & service.
  Use technology hardware/software for task completion & accurate data collection.
  Maintain farm & landowner properties.
  Participate in inventory management & communicate needs.
  Provide suggestions for improvements that generate operations efficiency.

Qualifications:
  High School Diploma or GED required; Post-Secondary preferred.
  Class 5 license required, Class 1A preferred.
  Experience in crop farming, min. 5 yrs preferred.
  GIS/GPS technology knowledge, & heavy equipment maintenance preferred.
  Ability to work longer during critical seasons.
  Leadership experience preferred.
  Experience in an Administration an asset.
