Description

Brandt Engineered Products is currently seeking an Order Desk Clerk for our Regina Mill Street location. Responsibilities include:
o    Manage & schedule incoming orders from outside and internal customers
o    Work in alignment with planning personnel to develop, review and confirm information regarding various projects dates and capacities
o    Review the daily/weekly schedule and ensure all updates are complete in order for the shop to be supplied the most current and accurate information
o    Ensure that all Planning schedules are correctly input into Master Production Schedule
o    Help reduce Planning efforts through Lean initiatives and continuous improvement
o    Troubleshoot any obstacle impeding on-time delivery by evaluating the process and request adjustments where needed
o    Communicate with customers, area managers to ensure everything is in alignment with their needs
o    Be the contact person from Planning to the rest of the business in regards to order fulfilment
o    Maintain orderliness in keeping with 5S principles.

Required Skills:
o    Manufacturing, Planning and order fulfilment experience an asset Demonstrate the ability to work individually as well as part of a team
o    Ability to adapt quickly to change.
