Raw Tec Consulting is a leading provider of IT managed services, application and infrastructure solutions for SME's (Small to Medium to Enterprise) organizations across North America.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide IT helpdesk, server, workstation and network support for diverse industry and geographic client base.
-Interact with clients by providing remote support and/or on-site support.
-Support computer network and telecommunications infrastructure - firewalls, routers, switches, circuits and other devices, including VoIP.
-Monitor, detect, and resolve infrastructure events as they happen by interacting with monitoring systems, technical specialists, and network providers.
-Documentation and time entry for all incidents, resolution and follow-up within RawTec Consulting systems is required.
Candidate Requirements:
-Candidate must have a degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience
-Industry technical certifications (CCNA, MCSE, A+, etc.) are highly encouraged
-Candidates must have excellent communication skills and pay strong attention to detail
-The ability to troubleshoot networking devices such as routers, managed switches, printers is required
-Candidate must be proficient in IP addressing, DHCP, DNS and SNMP technologies on WANs and LANs
-Experience as network administrator, help desk or desk top administration in a fast paced environment is preferred.
-Reliable transportation is required
