On behalf of our client, a well-respected property management firm, we are searching for an experienced on site Property Manager/Resident Manager, to manage one of their multiunit properties (apartments) in Saskatoon.
The successful candidate is expected to live on site, and will be responsible for numerous duties including: administrative & marketing requirements, operational budget management, leasing, tenant relations, hiring and training of staff.
Property Manager supervises several positions including maintenance staff, leasing staff and office staff.
Qualifications
    5  10 years of property management experience
    Knowledge of construction
    Leasing and rent collection
    Good computer literacy (MS Office)
