Brandt Industries is currently seeking a Service Manager for our Agricultural Products and Equipment Solutions Divisions. Responsibilities include:
Lead the BAPL & BESL Service Reps
Provide failure analysis reports to Engineering & Manufacturing
Develop, deliver and maintain service training materials to Brandt Dealers
Work with internal departments to maintain quality of product, reduce warranty costs and improve customer satisfaction
Identify process improvement opportunities, present project plans, options and recommendations within organization and lead any teams or projects required to implement improvements
Develop and provide all Service Bulletins
Develop metrics and reporting to monitor overall departmental performance
Ensure Customer Support actions are completed on the ECN process
Establish & maintain a format for field Service reports
Maintain an after-hours on-call program
Manage repair costs & ensure profitability
Contribute to Customer Support Strategy by performing other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills
Previous experience and/or willingness to work in high volume production management
Experience in Metrics & Charting
High level computer skills
Leadership abilities
Resource management skills and ability to handle complex issues.
