Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Ensure quality and presentation of all food prepared meet established standards and specifications.
Maintenance of a clean and organized work area
Preparation of menu items and the ability to follow recipes.
Ability to work in a face paced environment.
Practice and participates in all food safe guidelines set forth in kitchen area.
Comfortable working with all type of kitchen equipment
Must be creative and innovative in food presentations.
Ability to work in a group environment in a full service kitchen.
Any other duties as assigned.


Preference will be given to individuals who have completed or are enrolled in a Culinary Arts or Apprenticeship Program.

Must be available evenings and weekends.
